Our Hackney Wick, London based studio hosts small group wheel throwing classes are the perfect way for beginners and intermediates to hone their skills on the potter’s wheel. This hands-on session provides a practical introduction to the art of throwing raw clay into functional pieces. During the class, students will learn wedging, centering, and how to create items like cylinders, bowls, and plates.

Students will have the opportunity to take home up to three items for an additional fee of £5 per item.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice. We require a minimum of two students per class. If you are the only student booked for a class, you will be offered the option to convert to a discounted private lesson for an additional £30 or receive a full refund.
